INSTRUCTION - GROWTH
Instruction is the process where the Word of God is taught so that we may know God and His ways in order that we apply these timeless truths to our lives. This is accomplished through the teaching of the Word, being accurate to the authors' (The Holy Spirit and the human writers) intention. Another area closely related to this aspect would be "equipping of the saints for the work of service" (Eph. 4:12). Equipping carries the idea of training someone to do a task. This would certainly use the Bible as its primary source but could use secondary sources which do not contradict the teaching of the Bible.
Listed below are opportunites inside CFC for all members to fulfull our mission as Christians to be faithful followers of Christ and grow through studying and applying God's word in our daily lives.

Experiencing God
John 15:5 “I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”The “Experiencing God” Bible Study by Henry Blackaby continues to have a profound impact on leadership and several individuals at Christian Fellowship Church. We feel this course is essential for anyone seeking the will of God and wanting to experience Him more fully in their lives.
The study consists of 12 weeks - 1˝ - 2 hour sessions. There are 5 days of assigned homework and one Bible memory verse each week. Class members must commit to doing the work and seeking God with the promise of building a better relationship with Him. It teaches how to listen for Him, seek where He is working, and then how to join Him so that you may more fully experience Him in your daily life.
If you would like to examine your relationship with Christ and re-orient yourself to a more Biblical model of knowing and experiencing His will, we encourage you to enroll in this course.
Groups will be scheduled as the need arises. Click here to contact the church office to sign up.

Marriage Ministry
2 Corinthians 1: 3-4 "Praise .....to the God of all comfort who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God"
Purpose: The purpose of CFC Marriage Ministry is to develope & promote strong marriages as God intended them to be and lower the divorce rate. We accomplish this by:
Strengthening good marriages
Preventing bad marriages
Rescuing troubled marriages
Our goal is for couples at CFC to become "living letters" by having godly marriages.
You are our letter, written on our hearts, known and read by everybody. You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts. (2 Cor. 3:2-3)
This ministry is staffed with selected men and women who have solid marriages. Most have experienced their own marital restoration by God's grace and now desire to share with other couples what they have learned and applied from God's word.
