Facilites Request
In an effort to maintain our buildings and land we are now asking you the membership to contribute in making sure everything works and functions properly. If you determine there is a maintenance problem that needs addressing, then CFC is soliciting your assistance by bringing the issue to the facilities manager's attention. In order for this to be accomplished you will need to submit the item needing repair or replacement.

Please email to Facilities Manager. Include information that you consider important in your email as well as a contact telephone number in case more information is needed.
